These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Turbo Mac Cleaner application ("the app"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms.
1. License
The app is licensed, not sold, to you for personal or business use on Apple-branded devices you own or control, subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and the Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Apple's standard EULA). This license is non-transferable.
2. What the app does
The app helps you identify and remove reclaimable files — caches, build artifacts, and similar regenerable data — by moving selected items to the Trash. Some items are owned by third-party developer tools; for those, the app only displays the official cleanup command and does not execute it on your behalf.
3. Your responsibility for deletions
You are solely responsible for choosing which items to remove. Although the app moves items to the Trash (rather than deleting them permanently) and aims to flag only regenerable data, you should review your selection before cleaning. Always keep backups of important data.
4. No warranty
The app is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free or that any particular file is safe to delete.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will the developer be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising out of or related to your use of the app — even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
6. Third-party AI services
The optional "AI Explain" feature relies on a third-party, OpenAI-compatible service that you configure with your own API key. Your use of that service is governed by that provider's terms and pricing. The developer is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or cost of third-party AI services.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be available at this URL. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
